  • The Council The Council The Council, located in Mandan ND, is a non-profit corporation and a political subdivision governed by a board of directors comprised of elected local officials and representatives of business, farm and tribal interests. Its staff provides administration for the lending and grant programs. The staff will also review applications and provide consulting to determine the best options and alternatives for the concerned parties.
  • Equal Opportunity Lender Equal Opportunity Lender Lewis and Clark Regional Development Council has directly provided or obtained $60 million for business and community development projects over the years, leveraging hundreds of millions more in other investments and greatly improved the communities in North Dakota.
  • CDBG Program CDBG Program CDBG funds are made available to local units of government for public facilities projects, housing rehabilitation, and planning activities. Public facilities projects can include replacing water lines, installing lift stations, and providing elevator access to public buildings. In general, projects must benefit at least 51% low to moderate income persons.
